client nor for any purpose other than the completion of project under the supervision of L’élégance du Décor .LLC.

v Sample books and sample items may be left at a client’s home for a 4 day period, provided client is under signed agreement with L’élégance du Décor .LLC.

v All estimates and proposals are good for fourteen (14) days.

v Clients are responsible for freight, unusual delivery fees, and sales tax.

v My firm has been advised by our suppliers that all prices are subject to change without notice. Should this happen we will obtain your approval before proceeding with your order.

v A Designer will be present for the installation of custom drapes. A Designer is available by request to oversee the installation of blinds and shades, bedding etc. at the design rate listed above.

v All final selections are determined by client and are approved with a minimum down payment of 50%. This is required to place any order. Items will be ordered upon receipt of client’s down payment.

v From the time of your deposit, your project will be installed approximately—

· 1-4 weeks for blinds and shades
· 4-8 weeks for custom drapes, bedding
· or otherwise specified by designer / sales person

v We are not responsible for delays due to backorders, shipping, or acts of God.

v Custom orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

v Balance is due when merchandise is picked up, installed or delivered.

v Stock merchandise can be returned for full reimbursement if in original packaging and with original sales receipt. Items must not have been cut, altered, soiled or damaged. Products being returned after 30 days will receive a store credit.

v Should you decide to terminate our business relationship, all time spent on your project(s) will be billed at the $60 per hour rate.
